My clients often ask how I know whether a particular hotel or venue is truly suited for their event. My answer is always the same: over the many years of my career, I have personally visited these places, familiarised myself with the spaces, and developed an instinctive understanding of their suitability. In our industry, it’s simply not possible to rely on images or videos alone—they can be deceiving, as they often present an idealised version of reality. This isn’t a criticism of the venues; anyone would showcase their best angles.
